Join Creative Loafing and the Atlanta Film Festival for the 5th Annual Short Cuts Film Contest Screening at the Plaza Theatre on Monday, March 2 at 7:30pm.

Watch in awe of your neighbors' film-making prowess, as the top 16 short films submitted screen on Atlanta's favorite, uh, screen. We asked you, our fellow Atlantans, to show us how they imagine ATL in 5 minutes or less, and you guys definitely delivered! Critics' Pick winner will be announced at the end of the night, and that filmmaker will receive $750 cash, a screening at the Atlanta Film Festival, and all-access passes to the Festival. The Audience Pick will be chosen by you guys, on site at the theater! Audience Pick winner receives $500 cash, a screening at the Atlanta Film Festival, and all-access passes to the Festival.

This year's selections range from music videos, to documentaries, to animation, and to comedy. Come out and support the locals!
